When do I get an alert?
When 3 fans ping the same moment of the same race within 20 seconds. That keeps alerts accurate and quiet until it counts.
Do I have to watch the race?
No. You can just wait for the alert. Watching live? Ping what you see and help the other fans.
Does Cycleping stream races?
No. Cycleping tells you when to watch. You watch on your usual TV channel or streaming service.
Is there an Android app?
Cycleping starts on iPhone. Android follows later.
How do I delete my account?
In the app, go to Account and tap Delete account. Your data is removed.
